Sprinter Vans. All affected VINs will be flagged as “OPEN” in VMI
Issue
Mercedes-Benz AG, the manufacturer of Sprinter vans, has determined that Propeller Shaft Check Strap on the crossmember may not have been installed on certain Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans.
What We’re Doing
An authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer will inspect and retrofit the propeller shaft check strap if needed.
