Summary
Daimler Vans USA, LLC (DVUSA) is recalling certain 2019 Mercedes-Benz
Metris vehicles. The vehicles may have been delivered with a printed operator’s manual that does not match the vehicle’s features and operating instructions.
Remedy
DVUSA will notify owners, and dealers will replace the information package including the printed version of the operator’s manual, maintenance booklet and information sheets, free of charge. The recall began September 12, 2019. Owners may contact DVUSA customer service at 1-877-762-8267. DVUSA’s number for this recall is VS2BAFV.

To NHTSA Recalls Management Division:
This recall involves a population of 2 vehicles which were equipped with owner’s manuals that did not meet the vehicle’s features and operating instructions for the vehicle. Please be advised that both of the affected vehicles were identified at Daimler Vans’ Vehicle Production Center (VPC). The vehicles were not delivered to DVUSA dealers or end users and no dealer or customer notification letters are necessary.
