Inspect Clamps on Heating Circuit Hose Lines
This is to notify you of the upcoming Service Campaign to inspect the clamps on the heating circuit hose lines on approximately 6 MY 2021 Mercedes-Benz Metris vans. All affected VINs will be flagged as “OPEN” in VMI.
Issue
MBAG has found that incorrect clamps may have been installed in the coolant circuit on certain vehicles. As a result, this may lead to leaks in the coolant circuit and loss of coolant.
What We’re Doing
MBUSA is conducting a Service Campaign. An authorized Metris dealer will inspect the clamps on the heating circuit hose lines on the affected vehicles, and replace if necessary.
Parts
Replacement clamps are available.
Model 447.### ## as of 903381 up to 916616
