Mercedes-Benz AG (“MBAG”), the manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, has determined that a defect, which relates to motor vehicle safety, exists in certain Model Year (“MY”) 2019-2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicles.
