WORK DESCRIPTION FOR FIELD MEASURE 1/2 Rework holder for fuse and relay module in rear Model 297 Work procedure 1. Disconnect ground line of battery of 12 V on-board electrical system. For basic data, see AR54.10-P-0051EQS. 2. Remove seat cushion in rear. For basic data, see AR91.12-P-1022EQS. Take into account in operation step 6 the electrical connector in vehicles with left and right rear seat heating (figure 1)! Figure 1 3. Remove right support of seat frame base in rear (figure 2). Torque of seat base frame support threaded connection 20! Figure 2 2/2 4. Remove fuse and relay module in rear. For basic data, see AR54.15-P-0001EQS. 5. Rework holder for fuse and relay module in rear. 5.1. Mask off holder for fuse and relay module in rear with fabric tape in identified area (figures 3 and 4). Figure 4 shows the holder for the fuse and relay module in rear in the removed status! Figure 3 Figure 4 6. Assemble in reverse order.
