This prevents the crack from further enlarging. Use a 2 or 3 mm drill bit. When drilling out the ends, make sure not to drill all the way to the outer sidewall paneling. Figure 2 2. Clean the crack (1, Figure 2) and bores in the affected area (A, Figure 2). For example with silicone remover. 3. Prime the crack (1, Figure 2) and bores in the affected area (A, Figure 2) with primer filler. The repair area must be free of dust and grease. Problems with adhesion may otherwise occur. Seal the entire area of the crack (1, Figure 2) and bores in the affected area (A, Figure 2) with seam seal. Observe manufacturer’s specifications for product!
